Standard Welding Kit
- Standard heat wand – 40 watts. 3/16" stem. Teflon coated tip. Welds urethane round profile belts 1/16" to 1/2" in diameter, flat profile belts up to 1" wide and vee belts up to B-Section. Includes wand stand. The target temperature is 450°F, but can range from 425°F to 475°F
- Cord cutter – replaceable blade cuts ends square.
- Black anodized aluminum gripper with handles – Pliers-like stress-free handle. Precisely holds flat cord (up to 1.75" wide). Built-in spacer helps ensure consistent alignment.
- Trimming clipper – cuts off weld flash (burr).
- Standard carrying case – dent resistant plastic.

Round & V Welding Kit

Flat Belt Welding Kit
- Flat belt heat wand – 40 watts. 3/16" stem. Teflon coated tip. Welds urethane flat belts up to 2" wide. The target temperature is 450°F, but can range from 425°F to 475°F
- Cord cutter – replaceable blade cuts ends square.
- Black anodized aluminum gripper with handles – Pliers-like stress-free handle. Precisely holds flat cord (up to 2-1/8" wide). Built-in spacer helps ensure consistent alignment.
- Trimming clipper – cuts off weld flash (burr).
- Trim knife – For rapid removal of welding flash from belt bonders and butt welders

- Small black anodized aluminum gripper. Fits into tight places. Holds round and vee cord. Welds round belts 1/8" to 1/2" diameter and vee belts up to B-Section.
- Black Plastic gripper. Very light weight -- can hang on and be supported by cord. Fits into very tight places. Holds round and vee cord.

Heavy Duty Welding Kit
- Heavy duty W1 heat wand -- 150 watts. Teflon coated tip. Welds urethane round belts from 5/16" up to 1.25" diameter, vee belts up to D-section, and flat belts up to 2" wide.
- Lowe Cord cutter -- cuts ends square or angled.
- Silver anodized aluminum gripper -- Pliers-like stress-free handle. Precisely holds round, vee, and flat cord (up to 2" wide).
- Hand drill -- for butt-welding reinforced cord.
- Heavy duty carrying case -- high impact plastic.
