None
of
our
bore
adapters
will fit this bearing. All our other V-idlers
use the 6203 bearing -- 12
mm wide, 17 mm bore, which fits all our bore adapters.
Our round idler pulleys have tapered flanges that accommodate the V-belts
shown below. These include Twin A-section pulleys and Twin 3L-section sheaves
(also called Twin-A sheaves and Twin-3L pulleys). Different pulley styles allow
V-belts to protrude different heights above the pulleys.
If your belts are under such high tension that you fear they
may deform and slip deeper into the groove, we can insert round belts in the
bottom of the groove
that support them and prevent deformation.

5/16 x 2.13" has a 6202 bearing -- 11 mm wide, 15 mm bore. Available only with .59" (15mm)
bore diameter or .35" (8.9mm) plastic bore
adapter. All our other round and flat idlers use the 6203 bearing -- 12 mm
wide, 17 mm bore, which fits all our bore adapters.

These V idler pulleys and V drive pulleys are designed for DuraBelt's
urethane and polyester round and V-belts, but they also work well with
rubber V-belts and steel cables.
Our Vee idler and Vee drive pulleys/sheaves are made from nylon reinforced fiberglass with and ABEC-1 ball bearings. This nylon material is easy to machine on a lathe, and there is no fiberglass dust, as long as you do not grind it. We can cut down the flanges and/or add grooves (e.g. Poly-Vee grooves) at a slight extra cost.
