Drive Pulley Bore Adapters

for Reinforced Nylon Round, Flat, and V Pulleys

Drive adapters are molded into our reinforced nylon round, flat and vee idler pulley line instead of bearings to convert them into drive pulleys. Hubs are made from sintered powder steel, lightly oil impregnated to resist rusting.  All come with keyway and set screw.

Made from sintered powder metal, lightly oil impregnated, zinc coated or blackened to resist rusting. For washdown applications request coating with stainless steel paint.

*DA25 and DA31 drive adapters use bronze bushings to reduce our DA38 and DA75 bores down to 1/4" and 5/8" respectively.

**DA25, DA31 and DA100 require a rectangular key. For DA63 and DA100, key size is 3/16" x 1/4". Alternately, 1/4" square keys will work if you machine 0.063" off one side of the key.

Stand-off from outer edge of drive pulley = Stand-off - (Width of drive pulley - 0.472")/2

Example: Stand-off from outer edge of Drive Pulley 3/8" x 3"
with DA50 = .375" - (0.65" - 0.472")/2 = 0.29"

Stand-off from center of drive pulley = Stand-off + 0.236"

Example: Stand-off from center of Drive Pulley 3/8" x 3"
with DA50 = 0.375" + .236" = 0.61"
